northern uganda

What it is: Agiermach School, Congo border. New classrooms and rain tanks (water), some at the Staff House; Students Recreation
Who it serves: A very neglected Northern population; same tribe, even same families, as those across the border in Congo. Colonialists drew lines divvying up the spoils, dividing countries, often right down the middle of extended families. A Congo Project really.
What’s still needed: A Nursery, they’re using an old Parish hall from colonial times

New classrooms to replace very old ones and 9 rain tanks (water) for students and staff.

Local materials used to create contests for fun, competition and reward

Without smartphones, wifi or mirrors, a Polaroid provides their first glimpse of themselves

DECREPIT COLONIAL PARISH HALL SERVES AS THEIR ONLY NURSERY
